This page explains what DAS AUTO does with the personal information you give us through this website.
What we collect
When you use the enquiry form we collect your name and phone number and email address. You can also choose to tell us your vehicle details and registration number and a preferred day and a message. We only ask for what we need to reply to you.
Why we collect it
We use it to respond to your enquiry and to arrange a time for your vehicle. We do not use it for anything unrelated and we do not sell it.
How it is handled
Form submissions are received through our website host Netlify. They are sent to DAS AUTO by email. Only people at DAS AUTO who need to deal with your enquiry see it. We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond and keep reasonable records.
Your rights
Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it. Contact us on 020 4183 6560 or at crossmechanic4@gmail.com. If you are not happy with how we handle a request you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
